Dear Respected Colleagues and Friends,

It is my great honor and pleasure to invite you to the 34th Annual International Congress of the Korean Shoulder and Elbow Society (KSES 2027), which will be held on March 26–27, 2027, at Songdo Convensia in Incheon, Korea.

Our slogan for KSES 2027 is “Shaping the Future of Shoulder and Elbow.” This theme reflects our commitment to advancing clinical practice, research, education, and innovation in shoulder and elbow surgery.

Since its establishment in 1993, the Korean Shoulder and Elbow Society has continued to grow as a leading academic society in the field. Since 2020, our annual congress has developed into an international meeting, bringing together distinguished surgeons and researchers from Korea and around the world. Through these meetings, we have shared new knowledge, discussed challenging clinical issues, and built lasting professional friendships.

KSES 2027 will provide a comprehensive scientific program, including plenary lectures, instructional course lectures, symposia, panel discussions, oral presentations, e-poster presentations, award sessions, and various academic exchange programs. Distinguished international speakers will also join us and share their expertise and perspectives on current and emerging topics in shoulder and elbow surgery.

India has been selected as the Guest Nation for KSES 2027. We look forward to a special joint session with our Indian colleagues, which will provide an excellent opportunity for meaningful academic discussion, exchange of clinical experience, and stronger collaboration between our societies.

The congress will be held at Songdo Convensia in Incheon, a modern international city located close to Incheon International Airport. Songdo offers excellent accessibility, advanced infrastructure, and a vibrant environment for academic exchange and networking.

We are preparing KSES 2027 with great enthusiasm and dedication. I sincerely hope that this congress will provide valuable opportunities to exchange knowledge, develop new ideas, strengthen friendships, and together shape the future of shoulder and elbow surgery.
