The The Korean Shoulder and Elbow Society (KSES) invites the submission of scientific abstracts to be considered
for presentation at the The 28th Annual International Congress of Korean Shoulder and Elbow Society to be held in
March 20th(Fri) and 21st (Sat), 2020 at Seoul, Korea

◎ Abstract Submission Open

• Abstract Submission Open Nov 1 (Fri), 2019
• Abstract Submission Close Dec 15 (Sun), 2019
• Acceptance Notification Jan 15 (Wed), 2020
• Presentation slide Mar 5 (Thu), 2020

During the Submission Period

The saved abstract can be edited on-line at any time.

After the Submission Deadline (Dec 15 (Sun), 2019)

• - Abstract correction is NOT possible after the deadline.
• - Minor errors can be corrected at the congress. (Changes will NOT be included in the  published version of the abstract)

● Withdrawal

• - After the submission deadline, a written request of withdrawal is required.
• - Send an e-mail for the request of 'withdrawl' to Scientific comittee (kses2020@gmail.com) by Feb 28.

◎ Check for Submission Status

● Submission Complete

- Abstract status can be checked at "My Page"

* when you register the abstract, the confirmation e-mail for the registration will be sent.
if you don't receive this e-mail, please check your junk mail box or remove the blocked address from your junk mail lists.

● Submitter, Presenter

• - All notification will be sent to submitter and presenter by email. So, please double check the email address.
• - Please make sure you receive an confirmation email of submission before the abstract submission deadline.

◎ Notification of Acceptance

- Notification of acceptance will be sent by email on Jan 15 (Wed), 2020
